    Children are considered to be between the ages of 2 and 12 years old. Rates for children are applied according to the specific hotel's

  • Is the rate for 2 adults + 2 children higher than the rate for 2 adults + 1 child?

    Yes, as a room suitable for 2 adults and 2 children is larger and more spacious, resulting in a rate that is higher than a room suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.


  • What does the reservation price include?

    The reservation price includes usage of all facilities and service indicated under the respective hotel or room – not including those in which the service.

  • I made a reservation and entered my credit card details. How does the payment work?

    Entering your credit card details in the Fattal website is for security purposes or to collect cancellation fees when applicable. The actual payment for your booking will be completed upon arrival and check-in at the hotel. Please note: the Fattal website protects your credit card data with advanced security protocols by GeoTrust – feel free to book a vacation with full confidence.

  • How will I know that my reservation has been approved?

    Upon completing the booking process you will see the following message: "Your reservation has been approved, have a great vacation!" You will also receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards.

  • Is it possible to request a room with separate beds or special dietary requirements?

    Please submit this request during the reservation process under 'Reservation Comments'. The above can only be submitted as a request and will be fulfilled if possible.

  • Is it possible to make a reservation for day use only – without an overnight stay?

    No. Reservations made via the website require a minimum night stay, usually one night or more.

  • Are the prices on the website per person or per room?

    The prices indicated on the Fattal website are per room, per night.

  • Is it possible to make a reservation without a credit card?

    No. Reservations are only possible with a credit card

  • Is it possible to make a reservation with a credit card that is not under my name?

    No. You must be the owner of the card through which the reservation was made.

    Fattal Hotels accepts all major credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Please note: we are unable to accept Diners.

  • What are the check in and check out hours?

    Check In : From 15:00
    Check-out: until 11:00am on weekdays, and until 2:00pm on Saturdays and holidays
    Guests interested in extending their stay may do so at the hotel on the day of their arrival when checking in. The extension will be dependent on the hotel's approval, in accordance with its occupancy at the time, as well as an additional fee of 150 shekels per room on Saturdays (half board only). Should it be approved, the extension would apply until 8:00pm.

    Yes. Our 'Welcome Baby' service has everything covered when it comes to ensuring a family vacation goes smoothly. The service is designed to provide all the amenities you need for your baby during your vacation including a sterilizer, bottle warmer, kettle, bathtub, baby bath seat, as well as a child's bed or baby's crib.

  • Is it possible to request an additional bed for the room, and will this cost extra?

    Yes, according to the hotel type and room type. You should request an additional bed during the booking process, and will be charged an additional fee. Fee varies dependent on hotel.
